You sound awfully cynical... It's my nature, and one of the reasons I'm do well as a consultant. I question everything. With respect to GG SFA analysis: they have some really good insights, and some insights that make one wonder what they are smoking. In this particular case, I think their assessment of Siebel's technology and position is way overblown, and cannot be supported by facts. I guess that's an occupational hazard when one tries to evaluate products/vendors on subjective criteria. And I'd be the first one to admit that others have disagreed equally vehemently with my subjective assessments. C'est la vie.
