I ran into him and Haley Barbour a few years ago in a hotel I was staying in, and had occasion to listen to a conversation between them as I was waiting nearby. I was really put off by Pence and had the feeling he was kind of a big mouth in that particular situation. It was five minutes, so it wasn't anything extended but I came away with a negative view of him. It was strange because I had never really seen that side of him. It could just be me but I doubt I would vote for him.
