Pugs,

I used $5 million because that is all we are talking about as an asset the rest will be a loan and will have an offseting liability on the books. I also used 10 million shares outstanding. You must use total shares outstanding and not just the float. THe float only concern is for tradeable shares. The nontradeable "insider" shares still are entitled to the same financial gains or losses as tradeable ones (such as dividends if paid).

Thus the number is either $.50 if you use $10 million or $1.00 if you use $5 million. Thats assuming you use a rounded 10 million shares O/S it may be more like 8 million I forget exactly.
