No question TLT has failed miserably in providing proper timeline guidance. When do they get it right ? I think today's 4 th qrtr target is more sensible than we have seen in the past and should be achievable. In the past 8 months they have completed much of the preliminary work. So, far less to complete now as there was when they were still thinking 1qrtr /15. May be some positive surprises in the interim but I am taking the approach I am positioned and waiting for the trial.
