Rick; Do not be so stuuned. I do not own or short BROD but I have a similar situation two months ago and the black hand behind the crime is also the UBS security. When Arbor software report better earning, better revenue, then UBS came to downgraded because the stock price hit the target price. And the price actually exceeded their target price long ago. During this stock price down turn, UBS actually benefit a lot by keeping on downgrading the stock with very unreasonable excuse. You have to live with it and try to benefit it also. Best luck to you.
