Hi, Acton - I picked up another 10k shares this morning, and will put another bid in - I am happy to get my shares cheaper now and let the company develop. Why do we need a higher share price today? It will come with the business success.

Dog and pony isn't required as management speaks to a diverse and very wide range of investors and brokers on a daily basis. What we need is time for the business model to develop and be presented in the financials. Until the financials are released, no one will see the mark to market of the investment gains (or however the valuation is presented) as the company can't guide pre-release. MD&A should speak to what is happening with the focus and provide some colour.

As the model is understood and shown in the financials additional acquisitions can be made one on top of another at a higher share price each investment or by using warrant cash, until the company meets critical mass and can operate from the treasury and investment portfolio.

Momentum will come, IMO. BZI has exposure to 4 million shares of ITM and 666,000 thousand to Lite Access. What are these going to be worth and what is the mark to market gain in another few quarters?

There are also some potential interesting revenue generating JV investments alongside Lite Access that may come along.

Just my thoughts,
PN
