No, they didn't bring legal action against Microsoft. IMHO They didn't try to find away to combine forces with Microsoft, so they both could make money either. I think Apple made the same mistake. I just hate to see two good companies at each others throats, no one wins. Not the stock holders, not unless you are luckly enough to be standing after the blood is cleared away. So I for one will have my funds in a more stable area until reason returns. I think that is what this is all about in the long run, making money not about who has the biggest... name recognition.
