Dice came up snake eyes! Well thats life. I had figured from all available info (to me) that chances were very good for approval. How long before another shot? I have a feeling it's a year or more? How could the thread have been unaware of this side effect - at least in passing? I'll bet it opens below $10 (perhaps well below) and stabilizes higher (than the opening).
