It's in a small town of 2K people. It's not a suburb of anything, surrounded by miles of farmland. They'll reopen ... there is no Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesar's or Papa John's there ... the market is too small. So I think they're it for pizza for 25 miles around. They do have a McDonalds. One Chinese restaurant. One Subway. No Mexican restaurant ... a market opportunity for a family there. No BK, no Wendy's.

Ah, they do have competition ... there is a Hot Stone Pizza there. So two pizza shops.
