Obama has run a far more brutal military operation than Bush did; it is at least possible the death tolls from ISIS will exceed those resulting from the Iraq War before all is said and done. Realistic estimates from removing Saddam run about 150K maximum ISIS has already killed something like 20% that figure and they aren't done and it could be years before they are. As for Cheney, he certainly was no more of one than Clinton was -- AFAIK, Cheney never said anything about "loathing" the military. Your argument is just hate-filled or ignorant, I don't know which.
