Only some people? Are the rest making a decision to change their gender? You're saying it's a matter of choice.

I believe Manning is in the hormone phase of therapy at the moment. You called him Chelsea. Is he a woman or not? If not, when does he become one? Clearly you think he hasn't always been. So he's another person you think chose to change gender.
