WME Clients Rebecca Hall and Luke Evans Join Bonobos: Back to the Wild

"NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 7, 2015 / 12:46 PM /
Feature Film stars Rebecca Hall ("Transcendence", "Vicky Cristina Barcelona") and Luke Evans ("Dracula Untold", "The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies") have completed their work on a feature docudrama to help save the critically endangered bonobo apes in Africa. "Bonobos: Back to the Wild" tells the true story of naturalist Claudine André and her Lola Ya Bonobo Rescue Center in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The two stars provided narration and vocal performances for the film in the roles of Claudine and young Beni, a bonobo ape. Both performers are represented by William Morris Entertainment with their participation negotiated by WME agent Brittany Myers and former WME Agent Izzy Arias. The film will be released to theatres and Natural History Museums this summer by Hannover House, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HHSE) commencing July 17.

The recording sessions with Rebecca Hall and Luke Evans were produced and directed by Vivian Schilling ("Toys in the Attic") with the recording of Hall's performance occurring at Sync Sound in New York, and Evans at WB DeLane Lea Studios in London.

"We're very excited about the participation of Rebecca Hall and Luke Evans in this project," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. "The recent success of Disney's 'Chimpanzee' film both theatrically and onto home video indicates the wide consumer interest for this sort of feature. Rebecca and Luke have added the final panache to inspire audiences and help us deliver the film's important message." ...(much more)
