Why are you comparing to 2002-2003? Why not compare to 2010? From 1999 to 2010 the number of uninsureds increased.......then began to slowly drop (companies no longer paying) until 2013 when the drop was sharper, ie Obamacare kicked in.. So what's the bull shit that your headline is touting???? Of course, this is all too complicated for mere mortals to understand, isn't it?
