I think what you're missing is that without BZI there is no ITM or LA or any other future deal at the deep discounts through financing. There in lies the catalyst and premium it deserves. Sure, you could buy ITM right now in the open market 100 to 200% higher than issue or LA at IPO on the market open (I'm confident it will open way past 25 cents) but without being part of BZI you will not be the early bird because these deals would not be possible without BZI. Take a look at a few other very successful fund companies and let me know what their premium is. Paul and Co. are displaying all of the earmarks for becoming a "very successful" fund Co. As for the warrants at 10 cents - if the investments in ITM, LA and other continue to grow - those warrants will likely not get converted imo.
