Your trip sounds absolutely fabulous. I never thought of taking an extended camping trip starting in early Spring, but could definitely see why it would be an excellent time to take off. I've hit an awful lot of National Parks out west, but have never visited any east of the Mississippi. A trip like that is hopefully in the offing for us one of these days. If you get the chance you should post a message once in awhile if/when you find a particularly nice park or RV camp ground, and information about any other sites and scenes that you think we might want to know about.
