Thank you for your kind suggestion. There may yet be hope for us in struggle to make a profit in this business. Congratulations on buying this one at the bottom- looks like a bottom for now anyway.

The idea is excellent; if the story and fundamentals are great, wait for pullback and buy at new bottom; preferably with a hint from the daily reports. But there are few issues with this approach.

1. Should we never buy new listed till significant drop, while fundamentals remain sound and market behaves like an idiot and provides us such an opportunity.

2. Many of such hints turn out to be just noise. We just don’t talk about what turn out to be not so successful idea.

3. Often the stop is getting hit at or near the temporary bottom and the great valuation area. Often market is declared oversold when last of my stop is hit, often for a loss.

4. How can we ignore the experience that more often it is better to wait till there is obvious evidence of support and buying- buying at higher level than the temporary bottom.

I do not want to be contradictory; just don’t see how we can follow this buy in big dips and on strong hints as a methodology. I would love to follow such method but just don’t see how.

Best Regards.
