Actually, Excelsiors project is facing strong and organized opposition, and Miami seems to be looking forward to the increased employment.

VD will have some issues to face too for sure due to the proximity and chemicals and acid used in such close proximity to the town.

The VD project is way behind Gunnison in both development and size and likely not worth a whole lot at PEA and inferred only. The close proximity to neigbouring producers is a plus. On the flip side, if Gunnison can clear the hurdle of the organized opposition their SP should increase dramatically. I was considering investing there until I read the opposition website:
