Sorry. An unfertilized ovum is human and alive. So are sperm cells. As to the rest of your claptrap, that happens to be your religious belief. Not shared with everyone, or even most people. You want to give a fertilized ovum full human rights. And that is stupid on a number of grounds. It throws the legal system all out of whack. Oh yeah? Then you oppose the death penalty? Favor free education? Favor a guaranteed minimum income? There is nothing dignified by state mandated killings, or a life in ignorance and squalor. Everyone should have a level playing field and education is the biggest leveler.
