New Release: Haddington Resources Ltd - Haddington Resources Ltd HDD Shares issued 8264416 1997-12-17 close $0.13 Thursday Dec 18 1997 See Silverstone Resources Ltd (SVT) Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated October 15 1997 between Silverstone Resources Ltd and Haddington Resources Ltd (as purchasers) and Georges Fournier & Maurice Valliere (as vendors) whereby Silverstone & Haddington will each acquire 50% interest in 60 claim units in the McEvay Township, Timmins, Ontario. Consideration is $26,000 each and 25,000 shares each, 6,250 shares (each) will be issued up front and three equal instalments every six months thereafter. The property is subject to a 2% nsr royalty of which 1% may be purchased at any time for $500,000. The purchase of the royalty is subject to the prior approval of the VSE.
