A great point JJ. I qualify as an accredited investor but being on the U.S. side of the border it's just not worth the hassle with brokers or the IRS and Canadian tax agency to try to participate in PPs for individual Canadian exchange stocks. It's bad enough I often have to pay a special $50 fee on both the buy and sell for some of these names in addition to the standard commission. BZI in effect represents a way for me to participate in PPs that have been personally vetted by Paul. Given his track record, that makes BZI an overweight, long term buy and hold for me and one stock I don't lose any sleep over in terms of its daily fluctuations.
