Hi John,

I agree with your views.

I do not think homosexuality is a normal lifestyle - it is an alternative lifestyle.

I get it crammed down my throat every time I turn on the TV that it is normal - I don't accept that.

Where we individually draw the line IS at our front door.

We own that and can control that.

It all starts with the family circle of relationships - parental influence - living by example.

I don't try to influence homosexuals to change their life style - I certainly do not think it is normal even though the gay movement certainly is very open about it being accepted as such.

I simply refuse to embrace or accept homosexuality as normal - ditto drugs, and truth be told I enjoy drinking beer - some would say too much so.

We each have to make those personal choices - that does not mean it makes others go away.

It just is a personal decision - far too personal for my government to be passing any laws for or against it.

I think those decisions are learned hopefully at home, and if not there then probably learned the hard way, in real life.

I guess I'm a bit of a libertarian in some ways.

Don't tell me I can't or I can - it is my life and lifestyle to decide on.

For the better or worse.

It is not my desire to insulate my family from the real world - rather be realistic about it and its pitfalls and then make proper decisions.

In between there, have a packed and loaded hand gun around you if and when it is ever needed.

Some decisions require a back up plan.<smile>
