Well, I pulled about the same amount of evidence from the same place as you did.

But what I said at least stands to reason. The [predicted] shortage of doctors willing to see Medicaid patients has made primary care more difficult to obtain for a significant number of people. Higher copays, combined with hospital M&A, has resulted in patients who previously would have been seen now being refused non-emergent care. And more people than ever are putting off medical procedures due to cost:



So, whatever "evidence" I've got seems to be better than anything YOU have come up with. (BTW, that 3-point increase is not insubstantial when you consider the number of people who MIGHT fall into this category. A lot of people have been hurt and are continuing to be on a month-in, month-out basis).
