Interleaf (NASDAQ:LEAF). What's New interleaf.com A strategic fit and could make for an interesting/necessary? merger. But at what price? $30 million in cash between the two with similar corporate missions... or should SWEBF first spin off Panorama/HoTMetaL division to LEAF? and then build WebFiler Interactive/Alpha division and put in play with AT&T, Corel, CA, SYMC, MCAF, IBM, ... to realistically establish these products as viable factors and to maximize shareholder value?
