I wonder if we could have seen potential problems at Oracle? Here were some signs: 1) Delayed pay raises this year from July to October. Also, promised that raises would be prorated up for the time delay. But the raises in October was NOT prorate. Promises! Promises! 2) Cut back in Christmas party. Now only for Bay Area employees, no spouses allowed, and is at Corporate HQ. Really counting pennies now! Is Oracle still a growth company? Happy Investing!
