To All:
First, I wish I Understood what you do "trader" about these trades. It sounds good to me. This morning I had conversations with both Dexter and Alex. They won't know unitl early next week who made these trades, and it APPEARED they were not even aware of any holdings this large by an individual investor. (As I will be gone on vacation for the holidays, someone MIGHT want to follow up on this). We know the shares weren't INSIDE trades. Fundamentally speaking, without going into all the details of a 1/2 hour of phone conversation, it SEEMS that everything is on track as we expected it to be. Of course we will know more at the end of January when the quarterly comes out. I believe though that because of the numerous new contracts being negotiated and time lapses of 30-45 days from orders to production, and receivables being out 60-90 days beyond that, the real payoff will come some time in June-July. (Caution: this is my opinion only...just reading BETWEEN THE LINES). There MAY even be a surpise we don't expect, something that doesn't show on the balance sheet now...but adds pure profit to the bottom line without sales. A payoff in one form or another from NHL possibly in the way of a royalty on sales. (No, not the National Hockey League, National Healthcare Logistics.) This "Trader" is something you should check out as I understand how it was explained to me, but you could better put into words and pass on to others. It also was expLained to me in the context of "what if's" AND I WOULD HATE TO GET CAUGHT UP IN A LEGAL "TIFF" by passing on false information. The very helpful and cooperative folks at NHMCF are also aware of THIS thread and others on which we communicate. In closing, I came away with a very positive feeling and wish everyone a happy holiday. Gary |
