Skipard's Vacation: Now why would Skip spend two weeks in Hawaii, come back for few days, and go on a cruise? Maybe his clients are money managers who get paid by yearly performance. Money managers that value the size of their year-end paycheck will already be out of this market, and they will sit on cash until after Jan. 1. So Skip goes on vacation. And it's not just Skip's money-manager clients sitting on the sidelines. So here's another factor pointing to the price decline being a supply/demand imbalance. Good news can quickly shift the pendulum to the demand side. The TPRO story is as solid as ever, and the factors driving down the price are market mathematics, not TPRO fundamentals.
