Jim, Re -- I personally will want the PC because of its additional capabilities. You have just answered yourself, re -- settop boxes. If you want a fully functional PC, so will many others. The "home" is not where the majority of the systems are sold. In fact retail includes about 15% of the overall business. Now you do the math and split that 15% into the various segments of the home PC market, and you will see how much the settop box includes. (heck ask compaq what % of their units are sub-1000 pcs, I suspect its fairly small). Furthermore, You are assuming that the settop box is 199. That may be the "low end". The settop is not defined yet, so its a little premature to estimate its cost. Stockman
