I've been scouting alot of different stocks that were downgraded to BB status when Nasdaq changed it's requirements. All have fallen dramatically in stock price. Some of these companys are former big players that made tactical errors, but are far from dead. It wasn't long ago UNYSIS was in this predicament, they're on the way back. Reading the DTEC story is truly amazing. This company was on top of the world as the premeir supplier of Vesa bus card plugins? Until Intel incorporated them into the Motherboards. They were grossing 100+ Mil a year as recently as 93. Pretty good lesson, snooze ya loose. Now however, they appear to be releasing products which are very competively priced and are outperforming the competitions, with more radical product releases coming soon. They have the contacts and the name so if these products are reliable and profitable they stand a fair chance of at least getting a much larger piece of the 30% that is not controled by adaptec.
