It really isn't.

Now, one can question what the parents were thinking taking their young kids there. But at the end of the say, in most civilized places in the world what that man did would be illegal. And I cannot think of a reason it shouldn't be.

A man I knew was arrested for sending a picture of his dick to an undercover police officer when he had reason to believe he was corresponding with a young girl. I concur with his arrest. But, somehow, this is supposedly different because he is a homo? I don't think so.
