Oh, but that’s not the real headline, which is, " Facing Certain Override, Obama Caves in to Congress and Reality".

.......this is all pure NONSENSE.................now instead of the Senate only needing 34 votes to kill the treaty as per the Constitution, the Republicans just sold out the Constitution once again. NOW, they can NOT stop this thing at all. They need 60 votes to even get to a vote (cloture) and then 67 votes to circumvent an Obama veto. They will not be able to get either.........The sanctions are as good as gone 30 days after the end of June. Of course, the Ds voted for it and Obama wants it. HE GOT EVERYTHING HE WANTED.
