Brian Are you suggesating that you are a better judge than all the people involved in the Fuji-Kodak case?? Perhaps Kodak did not take the time to understand marketing in Japan. It is pretty standard for American companies to think that the world should act according to their way of life. Guess what?? They are finding out that it worked once but not any more. They will have to change their way of life to reflect that of the host country just as other countries change their way of life to reflect American ways when doing business in the US. If you disagree, then lets just agree to disagree and end this posting which does not do any of us investors any good. ratan
