Jim You are a gambler!!! I imagine that HFD should hold up above 6, especially in light of the announcement after the market close, but I wouldn't double up unless you see someone accumulating shares (i.e. 10,000 on the bid versus 1000 on the ask) and no one selling through them. Richard
