Yes I'll go for that! The Net Tangible Assets that will be accumulating for NAE now and in the future give the company a cash value per share. The Nebraska reserves are what we have to go by now. When filings come we will see the whole picture.

$2.89 (per thousand cu.ft.) x 23bcf= $66,470,000

$66,470,000/62,000,000 (shares issued) = $1.07/share value right now.

That's sounds like a bargain to me. Some expenses and royalties will have to come out of that. But we have a company who's stock value is far above what it's currently trading at. As more assets are aquired that picture just gets better.
