What makes you think that Putin would respect and fear Reagan? Didn't Reagan make a deal with the Iranians to GIVE them stuff to free our hostages there? The ONE time I can remember the U.S. getting HIT during Reagan's term was when 200 or more of our marines were killed by a car bomb or bombs in Lebanon (I believe). Reagan's answer to that was to pull EVERYBODY OUT of Lebanon. That would have scared Putin...lol Can you give me an example of when Reagan actually STOOD UP to anybody in a foreign country besides Grenada?
