No argument there. I wouldn't mind relocating at all if the new conservative government was like-minded, and actually represented the will of the voters, and guaranteed that standards would be upheld, and the law would be obeyed, and the Constitution would be honored, and no trash would be allowed into the country.
...and if you have to ask me to define "trash", then I'm afraid that I cannot help you unless you can successfully pass this battery of basic questions:
1. Identify the bad neighbor.
a. A widow who keeps her lawn, home, and property in immaculate condition and good repair.
b. A family man who always offers to help his neighbors put up hurricane shutters before a big storm.
c. A drug dealer whose lawn is comprised of 3-foot high weeds, has an array of broken shutters and windows on his home, and routinely plays loud heavy metal music from his car at 3:00 AM.
d. A minister's wife who routinely takes fresh bowls of homemade Minestrone soup to sick neighbors in the winter.
2. Identify the good Boy Scout leader.
a. A homosexual who has been arrested six times for felony possession of child pornography
b. A black crack-cocaine dealer who has been arrest nine times for felony drug possession and trafficking
c. A man who honorably served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force and was selected as Father of the Year in his community.
d. A transsexual woman who hates men, and had a sex change operation to become a gay man.
3. Identify the best citizen.
a. A woman with eight illegitimate children by six different "baby daddies", who is constantly on welfare
b. A homeless man who has quit 7 jobs because he didn't like to work, served time in prison for multiple felonies, and lives on food stamps in a cardboard box under a bridge
c. A married homemaker with three well-mannered children who earn good grades in school and are well-liked by their teachers and principals
d. An illegal alien who cannot speak English, burned the American flag at an ant-American rally, and collected a tax return of 30K last year, despite never paying one penny in taxes after illegal entering the country last summer
It's not rocket science Gersh, and there are seldom true gray areas in real life. People are either good citizens and regarded as such, or, they're bad citizens who require an inordinate amount of constant toleration and charity from by good citizens just to remain standing upright in the world. |
