You know, I get bored responding to myself. if there isn't going to be any activity on this thread, I'm quitting. On Canada NewsWire today, there were several REIT's reporting their year-end distributions. Some of them seemed to be on the skinny end - .06 cents up to .15 cents, year-end, payable in January. Does anyone have a means of predicting how the share price of a REIT will perform? Based on its distribution?
