I would have to believe the officer knew very well what he was reaching for, and I believe he did the right thing... the fleeing felon rule is very clear and the officer was very justified in shooting that maggot for assaulting the officer and stealing the tazer gun and then running... the officer shot and killed that maggot in the true spirit of public safety... who knows what that fleeing felon would have done with that tazer gun, does anyone really think he was going to return it??? Very surely, that maggot would have used it in his next criminal episode most probably the same day, he already had a criminal history, does anyone want that maggot walking around with a police tazer gun??? I seriously doubt it...
