That's how I see it. They bought, if it survives the bankruptcy proceedings, an additional customer base. Seems to me a good move.

Steve----I'm not concerned about the past of the company. It appears that management chose a road that led them down a path they couldn't follow profitably for whatever reason. I do not feel that the failure is a weight on WCII. WCII is picking up the pieces of failed assets and re-deploying them. If it is a great move, you can be assurred someone will up the ante at the auction at the proceedings.

Hey, did you all notice WCII was up today in a general down market ?
