Does this company exercise environmentally-friendly practices? Whereas Ontario's water protection legislation at all levels of government has not been finalized, And whereas the cumulative affects of all the permits to take water have not been analyzed, And whereas the people of Ontario are showing concern for the quality of potable water, And whereas the people of Ontario are showing concern for the ownership of water And whereas the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of the Environment's enforcement staff have been reduced due to budget cuts, And whereas the Ministry of Natural Resources has shown little regard for environmental protection to-date, And whereas as an Ontario taxpayer and resident I expect stricter environmental legislation to be put into affect going forward, I request that the length of taking be no longer than 5 years as stated.
