I believe you aren't thinking it through.

So .. if you have a conservative family and one single person in the family doesn't qualify, you ban the entire family?

Or do you just send off the one person?

IOW .. how do you keep your "pure" area "pure?" Regular exams? Say once per year every person takes a test?

What a horrible place to live. Where every thought you have is examined to determine if it is "conservative."
