Circular's out. Compensation structures are extremely complicated, which translates to not being very transparent to the average reader/investor. Between the convoluted pay schemes and the massive golden parachutes that are being afforded to all senior people, this looks like a lost cause. Bottom line is that the incentive schemes are portrayed as being very shareholder-aligned, but we know from past experience that they are anything but - a review of the circular tables does not give any comfort. I guess one could always count on something lucky happening to provide a profitable exit for shareholders, but it looks like a poor bet based on the available data. This company exists to enrich its employees - shareholder interests are not a factor at all....
