John, I would say we probably have to forget the law suit stuff. The company is worth of nothing. If a lawsuit is filed, I can see the value of stock approaching zero quickly. The only ones wins in that situation might be the lawers. The shareholders will lose either way. I figure the best thing for me to do is to find out how much this Depo is worth now and what price should I exit. Tomorrow will be low, but holding for a few more days can be even lower or higher. I don't know. If we have a good idea about what the company can do (other drugs, overseas approval, arguing with FDA ?), we may be better prepared this time. Now losing money is for sure, each of us on ths thread need to find the minimal loss.
