Hey .. fleeing felons? Target practice.

I figure they're fair game. Once they have been stopped? Then you're talking custody issues. It's common to expect to survive the ride.

Bleeding out? Understand that. This took additional damage, while in police custody.

I am assuming that I would be treated the same as any black person.
