What about all the skinny girls who think they're fat and starve themselves? Should we perform stomach reduction surgeries on anorexic people who falsely think they're fat?

I supplied you with expert opinion based on scientific studies that said 80% of gender confused people give it up naturally in their teens. Why disregard that and insist on pushing them toward a path that will cause them difficulty and suffering for life? And no, the difficulty and suffering can't all be traced to an unsympathetic society .... defying nature and the facts of life involve problems.
