GM, Try: freeedgar.com that should take you directly to the 10K. Otherwise just go to FreeEdgar and search for Brks filings. Yahoo doesn't have the results of the secondary factored in - either the proceeds or the extra shares. The 4Q report at Yahoo is better, it has the proceeds but not the shares. I haven't yet read the whole 10K, just grabbed the numbers for calculating Book. Ian.
