Hi Steve- I think most of us here have, or still have, those same issues at times. The system works. Human nature for most people makes it tough to follow the system. One thing that has really helped me buy at a good place is to wait for a 3 to 1 risk/reward. I had never really paid much attention to that before and when I started, I realized there were too many times I was wanting to buy any little hiccup, even if the 3 to 1 ratio wasn't there (another way I wasn't following the rules) That has really forced me to wait for prime opportunities. As I've been watching, you see that all stocks will come back to this point at some time, you just have to wait for them. That's my two cents if it helps.
