There are numerous points to be made.

First and foremost, unless you have some other way of disposing of the stuff that is injected in wastewater wells, it is a moot point.

Secondly, a 3.0 quake is nothing to get excited about. 2.0s happen 1000 times a day; 3.0-4.0 happen 50,000 times a year. If you are inside a building and the epicenter isn't right next to you, at most it would be like a vibration you would experience when a small truck drives by.

There is no evidence these things are harmful in any way.
