I don't know what to compare it to. Here is a chunk of the 90's:

We will get corrections but I don't see that we will get interest rates near 5% within many years. I could see us getting nasdaq 10000 in 5 years.

Here is the entire 90's run. Well over 15x in 10 years :

I have said forever that the "bubble" was really only after early 1999. Any maybe not until early fall 99. I still don't care if no one agrees. Even using the November 98 nasdaq price, that was 8 years and 8x on the nasdaq, after a pretty bad Oct 90 low. The 2009 low was WAY worse imho, than the Oct 90 low. 8x off that 2009 low is nasdaq 10000 probably before 2018.

So there you go:>)
