What a giggle this thing has become. I suppose that a lot of shareholders were hurt and a lot of money has been wasted. I walked on the ground almost 20 years ago and came to the conclusion that this is a scam. Time has proven me right. There is some good ground in Bolivia and a good operator with all of that money could have prospered. Interesting lessons have been learned. More of my opinions
