IMO, SW is in more trouble than what is seen here. Their products are
good, and great work from Ms. Walker, but is it enough? And
is it too late?

I would think their prime retail channel was the mall based stores,
where Mom and Dad shop for educational software and that channel
is experiencing major trouble (Neostar filed for bankruptcy protection),
so the cost to be on those shelves has just increased dramaticlly.

Four miilion dollars doesn't go, like it used to in this business.
Typical dev costs exceed one million, even for kids, and the
marketing costs are staggering.
And this money is tied to warrants at sixty cents each?

What really concerns me is that the success of the their new products
under the NFL sports banner relys on the license.
NFL dosen't normally do exclusive licenses, anyone could buy them.
This could be a problem.

I'd love to be wrong, I am looking for some under $5 stocks to play
with this month.
Let me know your thoughts on what I said.
